Our Rates

ETS & Associates Behavioral Health focuses on the individual, offering a unique blend of services, including coaching, consulting, and therapy. We recommend having a conversation with us to determine your goals and needs, and to identify which service will be the best fit for you.

Private Therapy Sessions

Available in various lengths to accommodate your needs, ranging from 52 minutes to 90 minutes for therapy. The 90-minute sessions are typically reserved for intake assessments if needed. Scholarships are available.

Pricing:

$285 for up to a 90-minute Mental Health Intake Session
$178 for up to a 52-minute Post-Intake Individual Session
$192 for a 60-minute Post-Intake Individual Session (After 60 minutes, an additional $25 is charged for each extra 15 minutes)

Discount for Veteran and First Responder self pay.
Chemical Health Assessments
Chemical Health Assessment or Substance Use (SUD) Comprehensive Assessment
Pricing:

Certified Life Coach In Therapeutic Art Using Expressive Art Therapy

Assisting those navigating grief, loss, and other life challenges.

Ages 7-up

Pricing:

$100 for up to 60 minutes (includes supplies)

Healing Art Retreats

Monthly events engaging with mental health and wellness, grief, loss, and bereavement support. Multiple program discounts may apply. Fee may be adjusted based on need. Please reach out and ask.

Payment

Cash, check, Venmo, and major credit cards are accepted for payment. Often split payments are available based on financial need for services. (A 3% fee is added to each credit card transaction.)

Cancellation Policy

If you fail to show up for your scheduled therapy or assessment appointment without notifying us at least 24 hours in advance, a $120 fee will be charged. Additionally, if you do not provide notice of cancellation and fail to log on for the meeting, you will be required to pre-pay for your next appointment, along with an additional fee.
